Harmony Chiropractic

Harmony Chiropractic is a chiropractic practice led by Dr. Curt Buss, offering corrective and full-spine adjustments, pediatric chiropractic, sports chiropractic and acupuncture. The practice focuses on gentle, plan-based care and says it works with patients of all ages, including babies, pregnant patients and seniors. Services also include low-level laser therapy, balance testing, nutrition coaching and Invisa-Red body contouring.

Dr. Buss is the only doctor patients see, and the office works with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, Aetna and Medicare, and accepts HSA and FSA plans. Same-day appointments are offered when possible, but it is not a walk-in clinic, and there is free parking in the professional building. The office is in South Elgin, and it does not offer after-hours emergency service.
