Hayashi

Hayashi is a casual Japanese and Korean fusion restaurant known for sushi rolls, nigiri and sashimi, along with tempura, udon, katsu, teriyaki and Korean-style bulgogi. The menu also includes Korean fried chicken and a sushi bar, and it has grown to include lunch boxes and large sushi platters for groups.

The restaurant is independently owned and has been open since 2004. Walk-ins are welcome, and takeout, delivery and catering are available. Hayashi sits on Route 138 and Route 106 in Easton, next door to its sister location, Cafe Hayashi. Lunch is served until 3 PM, with a surcharge for ordering after that.
