Bijou Blu Medical & Wellness

Bijou Blu offers a mix of recovery, aesthetic and wellness services, from a Renu cold plunge and infrared sauna sessions to facials, waxing, massage and IV vitamin drips. The cold-to-hot contrast therapy in its private room is designed to support recovery and circulation in under an hour, and cryotherapy treatments are offered for skin and body concerns.

IV and vitamin injections require a good-faith medical exam with the practice's MD, done online, before treatment, so call ahead to set that up. Appointments can be booked through the website, and private parties and concierge IV services for gatherings are available. The business is at 234 Market Street in South Burlington, and it keeps shorter hours on Saturdays and is closed Sundays.
