Lessons n Sessions

Lessons n Sessions is an integrated group therapy practice offering individual therapy for adults, children and teens, couples and family therapy, EMDR and trauma recovery, and consultation and support for clinicians and other high-responsibility professionals. Individual work covers concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges and adjustment to life changes, with clinicians drawing on a range of approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR and mindfulness-based methods.

EMDR is offered as a self-pay specialty, with a 90-minute intake and readiness assessment and 120-minute processing sessions, and commercial insurance is not billed for it. Care is available in person in Somerset and by telehealth across New Jersey, and the practice works with insurance for its other services.
