Team Manu MMA Club is a martial arts and fitness gym run by former world champion fighter Manu Ntoh. The club teaches Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, Brazilian jiu jitsu, judo and general fitness classes for men, women and kids, along with personal training and a fighter training program for competitors.
