West Simi Lock-Up Self Storage

West Simi Lock-Up Self Storage rents storage units in Simi Valley in a range of sizes and price points, with drive-up ground-level units for people moving or needing extra room at home. The facility also sells boxes, locks and moving supplies on site, so tenants can pick up what they need while they store their things.

Units are reached through computerized entry, and the location sits right off the Ronald Reagan Freeway at 445 E Easy St, a short drive from Target and ARCO. Leases carry a one-time, non-refundable $25 administration fee for account setup, and the company offers a rental truck credit and a six-month no rent increase guarantee. Office hours are Monday through Saturday, with shorter hours on Sunday.
