Viva La Pasta

Viva La Pasta is an Italian restaurant in the Wood Ranch area of Simi Valley, opened in early 2001 by Pippo Calderone and Tino Divito, who had worked together at the original Two Guys from Italy in Los Angeles. The menu covers main entrees, appetizers, soups and salads, and the restaurant also offers catering. The owners built the restaurant around affordable pricing and a family-style welcome.

The restaurant is open every day of the week, from 11 AM to 8:30 PM, which is useful to know before planning a late meal. Tino Divito runs the restaurant today after Pippo Calderone died in 2017. Its secluded mountain setting sets it apart from the town's busier dining strips.
