Simi Jewelers & Pawnbrokers

Simi Jewelers & Pawnbrokers is a family-owned pawn shop and jewelry store that has been in the same Tapo Street location since 1981. The Sartori brothers, who founded the business, are usually on the floor buying, selling, repairing and lending on jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, tools and firearms. The shop makes collateral loans for up to six months, repayable in one payment at the end, and also buys and sells the same kinds of items outright.

Loans are available without a credit check, and the shop states it does not affect a customer's credit. Customers can bring in an item for evaluation with a valid ID or passport. The shop also holds a Federal Firearms License and says all jewelry is professionally cleaned before sale. It serves Simi Valley, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks and the San Fernando Valley from the Apricot Center, just past the 118 Freeway.
