Baker's Daughters

Baker's Daughters is a bakery and café in Simi Valley known for naturally fermented sourdough baked in small batches. The menu runs from all-day breakfast plates such as the Avocado Tartine and Croque Monsieur to lunch sandwiches, salads and bowls, with a Brazilian açaí bowl and a range of espresso drinks, limeades and teas. Whole sourdough, olive sourdough and focaccia are also sold to take home.

The café serves breakfast all day and starts lunch after 11am, and it is open daily from 7:30am to 3pm. Customers can sit in, order for pickup, or order through DoorDash. Some items are marked vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free, and the kitchen handles common allergens, so guests with allergies are asked to mention them when ordering. Bread can sell out, so calling ahead is a good idea. The shop is on Cochran Street in Simi Valley.
