Pawsitively Trained

Pawsitively Trained is a dog and horse training business run by Kelsey, who has trained animals for more than 20 years. Its work centers on force-free, reinforcement-based methods, with programs for puppies under five months, adult dogs with behavior challenges, and horses of any age. The business also runs Paws for Responders, a therapy dog program, and offers Family Dog Mediation.

Sessions are booked by appointment on weekdays, during the day or in the evening, and virtual and self-paced options are available. Kelsey is not currently scheduling in-person training while on maternity leave, but the FOCUS on Dogs membership remains open. The studio is in Sherwood, Oregon, and the business also serves nearby areas and remote learners.
