The Bavarian Inn is a European-inspired boutique resort on an 11-acre bluff overlooking the Potomac River, with 72 luxury rooms that include gas fireplaces and whirlpool baths. The inn runs a Potomac Room dining room, the Rathskeller, an infinity pool and bar, and the Bavarian Brothers Brewery, a brewpub with a lounge and outdoor beer garden. The Asam family has run the inn for more than 45 years.
