White Hills Distillery

White Hills Distillery is a farm distillery that makes bourbon, rye whiskey, apple brandy, vodka, moonshine and some rum, gin and tequila. Its spirits use locally sourced ingredients where possible, including apples and peaches from its own farm. The distillery grew out of a long family farming tradition, and its founders trained in distilling in Kentucky before developing their recipes.

The tasting room is an adult venue, so no one under 18 is allowed inside, though there is a family area outside. Outside food and drinks, including water bottles, are not permitted. The space is also available for hosting events, and visitors can ask about booking through the contact form. The distillery is on Leavenworth Road in Shelton.
