Pancheros Mexican Grill

Pancheros Mexican Grill serves burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, quesadillas and salads, built to order with flour tortillas pressed fresh from dough made daily. Its homemade queso is the signature dip, and a limited-time bacon queso with Mike's Hot Honey is also on the menu. The chain started in Iowa City in 1992 and now has more than 70 restaurants in 13 states.

Orders can be placed online or through the app, and the rewards program earns points on purchases. Catering trays are available for groups, and gift cards can be bought on the app or website. Gluten-free and vegan guests can choose salads and bowls, since the tortillas are not gluten-free or vegan. The Shelton location is on Bridgeport Avenue.
