Nelon Cole

Nelon Cole is a termite, pest and moisture control company that also handles mold remediation, crawlspace encapsulation, basement waterproofing and general repairs and renovations. Its moisture and water control division inspects crawlspaces for conducive conditions, removes mold and restores the damaged area, then recommends a program to prevent it from coming back. The company is run by owners Keith Nelon and Bart Cole, with more than 50 years of combined experience, and its technicians are certified for mold and mildew work.

The company serves homes and businesses across western North Carolina and the Charlotte area, with locations in Shelby, Boiling Springs and Columbus. Consultations and estimates are free and carry no obligation, and it is a good first call for musty odors, peeling paint, sticking doors or sagging floors. Its Shelby office is at 201 N. Main Street.
