Greene Building Corporation

Greene Building Corporation is a commercial contractor that manages construction projects from design through completion. Its core work is healthcare upfits and pre-engineered metal buildings, and its clients have included private investors, doctors, dentists, healthcare facilities and restaurant owners. Scott Greene founded the company in 2002 after years as a project superintendent.

The firm acts as the owner's representative, keeping projects on schedule with its own superintendents, who stay in direct contact with clients through the whole build. It has completed hundreds of projects in and around Shelby, NC, and photos and videos of past work are available on its website.
