Allied Construction Services Inc.

Allied Construction Services is an interior construction company that works mainly on commercial buildings for general contractors, architects, developers and building owners. Its scope covers drywall systems and finishing, metal stud framing, acoustic ceilings, insulation, exterior insulation finish systems, lath and plaster, and painting and wallcovering through its Color Inc. division. Past work includes major hotels, office buildings, medical facilities, supermarkets and data centers.

The company can bid and build small jobs or large projects, and it offers cost estimates and product suggestions. Where the scope allows, it coordinates several trades so a customer works with one company. The Kansas City branch in Roeland Park is one of several offices across Iowa, Illinois, Nebraska and Kansas. Founded in Des Moines in 1950, the business is still family-owned.
