Shasta Lake Chiropractic has been caring for patients in Shasta Lake since 1988. Dr. Kay Kobe leads hands-on chiropractic visits that combine massage, trigger point therapy, diversified and flexion-distraction adjustments, and TMJ techniques, and she sees patients of all ages, from babies and pregnant women to older adults. Alongside spinal care, the office offers far infrared sauna, mild hyperbaric chamber and red light therapy sessions.

Visits are booked by appointment through the online request form or by phone, and after-hours messages get a callback when the office reopens. Dr. Kay reviews X-rays and MRIs with patients so they can see what the images show. The office is on Shasta Dam Boulevard and accepts Medicare, group insurance and auto med-pay, though some plans, including Partnership HealthPlan and work injury claims, need a referral first.
