Jenna Elwart

Dr. Jenna Elwart is a licensed clinical psychologist who provides individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, college-aged people and adults, as well as couples, families and groups. Her work draws mainly on client-centered and interpersonal approaches, with cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques. Her clinical interests include eating disorders, anxiety and mood disorders, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, relationship issues and LGBTQ issues.

Beyond therapy, she conducts IQ, learning disability, gifted and personality assessments, and she also offers Jikiden Reiki as a separate healing practice. She is licensed as a psychologist in Florida and Michigan. Her practice is at Park Blvd in Seminole, and new clients can reach the office by phone, text or email. Dr. Jenna is currently the only clinician at the practice, and the office has said more clinicians will be added later.
