Bun In The Oven Imaging

Bun In The Oven Imaging is an elective ultrasound studio in Selma that offers 3D, 4D, 5D and HD live ultrasound sessions for expecting parents. It is the first ultrasound studio to come to the city, and it offers gender determination starting at 14 weeks. Its 5D imaging shows the baby in clear detail, including movements like waving or sucking a thumb.

Visits are by appointment, and each patient gets 30 minutes so no one is rushed. Family and friends are welcome, children included, and the scanning room has a large viewing screen and seating for up to 20 guests. Clients should check in 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, and late arrivals are rescheduled. The studio is non-diagnostic and does not see anyone who is ill, so guests with symptoms need to reschedule. It is locally owned and run by Marlene Hernandez, a diagnostic medical sonographer.
