Scout Excavating and Lawn Care

Scout Lawn Care & Excavating is a veteran-owned company that started as a small lawn care business and has grown into a full-service excavation operation. Its work covers site prep, final grading, land clearing, demolition, bush hogging and gravel driveways, for homeowners, contractors and property owners. Jeff Rowan, who founded the company, runs it with the discipline and attention to detail he developed in the military.

The company offers free on-site estimates, and jobs start with a quote request followed by a property visit at a time that suits the customer. Work is scheduled after the estimate is approved. Scout serves Sellersburg and the surrounding area of Southern Indiana, including New Albany, Jeffersonville and Louisville, and its office is on West St Joe Road in Sellersburg.
