Solair

Solair is a solar installer serving residential, commercial, agricultural, and government or nonprofit customers. Its residential work pairs REC black-on-black modules with Enphase micro-inverters and comes with a 25-year warranty on most major components. The company also helps customers find state solar incentives, grant funding such as USDA REAP grants, and financing through local lenders.

Solair offers free estimates and handles the installation with full-time in-house installers, and it continues to monitor systems after they go in. Its logistics center is at 208 Hosier Street Extension in Selbyville, with an administrative office in Ocean City, Maryland. The company says it has installed systems in many Delaware cities, including Wilmington, Seaford, Milford, Newark, and Dover.
