Santos Patronos Ranch

Santos Patronos Ranch is a working ranch about 20 miles east of Seguin that raises and sells fullblood Japanese Wagyu beef as well as American Wagyu. Its Wagyu is sold at the ranch's own meat store in Seguin, along with Wagyu beef jerky and tallow. The ranch also runs a luxury all-inclusive stay with culinary experiences, guided tours and time at Guadalupe Chapel.

Beef can be bought in person at the Seguin store, where visitors can taste the Wagyu, or ordered by phone or email. The store also carries ranch hats and t-shirts. Lodge guests can help with cattle work, harvest pecans, search for arrowheads, hike to old oak trees or fish in Bishop Lake. The ranch gives 10 percent of its gross revenue to a family foundation that supports charities.
