Pipecleaners Top Chimney Maintenance

Pipecleaners Top Chimney Maintenance provides scheduled chimney care, including chimney cleaning and sweeping, chimney inspections, masonry and tuckpointing repair, flashing repair, and installation of caps and liners. The company says its work focuses on clear communication, and it explains what an inspection finds and what options are available before any repair begins. Homeowners and property managers in the Sebastopol area call for soot and creosote removal, smoke problems, and leaks near the roofline.

Appointments are required, so the crew can prepare for each visit. The company is bonded and insured, carries $1 million in liability insurance, and holds a California state contractor license. It offers free estimates and free consultations, and its service area reaches nearby communities within about 30 miles, including Windsor, Healdsburg, Cotati and Guerneville. The business operates from Pleasant Hill Road in Sebastopol and is open Monday through Saturday.
