Roses Seafood sells fresh and frozen seafood, with a focus on Gulf and Louisiana favorites. Shrimp is offered head-on, headless, EZ-peel or peeled and deveined, and the seasonal lineup includes live Gulf blue crabs, live Louisiana crawfish, fresh Gulf oysters, and sea or bay scallops. Frozen options include snow and king crab legs, Dungeness crab clusters, lobster tails and soft shell crabs.

The shop also carries whole fish and fillets, Cajun sausage and boudin, premade gumbos, chowders and stuffed crabs, plus seasonings and sauces. Fish can be cleaned and cut at no extra charge. Live crawfish is sold by the pound or by the sack, and reservations for crawfish are taken through an online portal once the catch becomes steady. Live crabs usually arrive in the morning or around 2 p.m. The store is at 415 Waterfront Drive in Seabrook.
