The Theater at North

The Theater at North is a performing arts venue in North Scranton, housed in the former North Scranton Junior High School building. Its 800-seat theater hosts concerts, tribute acts, recitals, films, lectures and community events, with a stage equipped for live feeds to a projection screen. The venue sits in a historic Gothic Revival landmark with a four-story clock tower, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Free off-street parking is in a lot behind the building, and the theater is fully wheelchair accessible. The venue is owned by Goodwill Industries of Northeastern Pennsylvania, and ticket and rental proceeds support its work.
