Purple Pepper Farms

Purple Pepper Farms is a diversified produce farm in Lake Winola near Scranton that grows vegetables, fruit, and ornamental pumpkins, and raises heritage breed pigs and maple syrup. It sells bottled sauces, dressings, canned vegetables, and flowers under its own Purple Pepper product line, which is sold beyond the local area.

The main farm stand is at 825 N. Keyser Ave in Scranton, with seasonal stand locations as well. Customers can also join the farm membership, which replaced the older CSA model and works like a share in the season's harvest. The farm also offers catering and a food trailer for events, and sells wholesale and bulk orders.
