Chiropractors in Scranton

Chiropractors help people with back, neck and joint pain, along with stiffness and posture problems, mostly through hands-on spinal adjustments. Many practices also offer massage therapy, soft tissue work, rehabilitation exercises and nutritional counseling. Before booking, ask what the first visit includes, such as an exam and whether X-rays are needed, and what a typical treatment plan looks like and how many visits it may involve. Check whether the office accepts your insurance and what your co-pay will be. If your pain is sudden, severe, or comes with numbness or weakness, see a doctor first. Call ahead to confirm hours, since many offices book up in the evenings.
