United Contracting Group

United Contracting Group is a specialty general contractor focused on commercial projects across the Phoenix metro. Its work covers ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, design-build delivery, pre-construction services, project management, and renovations. The company also does concrete overlays, microcement, resinous slurries, decorative concrete, stamped finishes and architectural accent walls, often to fix surface problems that come up late in a project.

The firm mostly works with general contractors, developers and property managers rather than individual homeowners, though its surface repair and coating work is also offered to residential properties. It is based at 16097 N 82nd Street in Scottsdale and offers a no-obligation consultation for new projects. Its sister company, Indivisible Hardwoods & Creative Customs, is located in the Scottsdale Airpark.
