Sumits Yoga

Sumit's Yoga is a heated yoga studio founded in Scottsdale in 2000 by Sumit Banerjee. Its signature class blends traditional postures with music and modern alignment cues, and the studio also offers Bikram yoga, heated mat Pilates, and slower Yin yoga. Classes are designed for all levels, and no prior experience is needed.

New students get their first week free with unlimited classes in any style at any location, with no commitment or credit card required. The studio also runs teacher training programs, including a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour course and a functional mat Pilates certification. The Scottsdale studio is on East Shea Boulevard, and the company has locations in several other US states and Perth, Australia.
