Studio Vargas

Studio Vargas is an interior design studio that handles residential design, construction planning and real estate advising for homeowners and investors. Founder Chandra Vargas leads the design work, and the studio's services cover whole-home design for interiors, exteriors, remodels and new construction, along with furnishing and styling.

A typical project begins with an initial consultation and walk-through, followed by a design concept with mood boards and 3D renderings, then a detailed specification book. The studio can coordinate contractor bids and permit drawings and stay involved through construction, and it also helps clients weigh whether a purchase or remodel makes sense financially before work begins. The studio is based in Scottsdale on East Camelback Road.
