Service Star Realty is a residential property management company that began in 2011 and now manages around 1,300 properties. Co-founders Dora Pinter and David Swaim started the firm after David's parents struggled with a hard-to-reach property manager, and the company focuses on responsive service for owners and tenants. Its offerings include rent-ready standards, maintenance coordination and property sales.

Owners can follow their properties through an owner portal, and tenants have a portal and an online maintenance request option. The office is in Scottsdale, and the team includes a general manager, several property managers, a resident coordinator and a sales director who works with investors looking to buy or sell.
