Paradise Chiropractic

Paradise Chiropractic is a chiropractic office led by Drs. Kyle and Angela Palmer, who have over 50 years of combined experience treating back, neck, joint and sports injuries. The practice covers soft tissue therapy, spinal decompression, massage, red light and electric muscle stimulation, and custom exercise plans, with a focus on care that avoids drugs and surgery.

The office works with auto accident injuries, athletic injuries and wellness care for patients who want check-ups to prevent re-injuries. Patients are seen within minutes of arrival, and the Palmers say they do not use high-pressure sales, leaving the length of care up to each patient. The office is on Pinnacle Peak Road in north Scottsdale, and it moved there in 2005 after starting in Cave Creek in 2000.
