Kierman Law is an estate planning and probate firm led by attorney Allison Kierman, who founded it in 2017 after nearly 20 years of legal experience in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area. The firm handles wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, special needs and confidential trusts, asset protection, medical directives, guardianship, probate, and probate litigation, including disputes over undue influence or accounting errors.

The firm serves clients across Arizona, including Scottsdale, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, Payson and Prescott. Clients often meet with Allison to talk through their goals before a plan is drafted, and some meetings can be joined by video for family members who live out of state. The office is on Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard in north Scottsdale.
