KC's Window Cleaning & Sunscreens

KC's Window Cleaning & Sunscreens cleans windows and manufactures custom sunscreens in its Gilbert facility, so homeowners can handle both jobs with one company. Window cleaning covers residential homes, commercial buildings and hard-to-reach second-story glass, with removal of hard water deposits and monsoon residue. Sunscreens are built to exact window measurements using Phifer materials, and the company also repairs torn or bent screens, often same-day or next-day.

Estimates are free and include an on-site visit of 30 to 45 minutes, with a written quote within 24 hours that stays valid for 60 days. Regular window cleaning usually runs every three to four months, or every two to three months for pool homes. The company is licensed and insured, and it handles the SRP rebate paperwork for eligible sunscreen installs. It serves the East Valley from its Gilbert base on Juanita Avenue, including Mesa, Chandler, Tempe and Queen Creek. Spring is the busiest season, so calling ahead is a good idea.
