HomeAssure Administration offers home protection plans that help keep the systems and appliances in a house working properly. Plans are sized for everything from small condos to large homes, and depending on the plan type they can cover air conditioning, heating, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, and swimming pools. New homeowners and long-time owners both sign up for coverage.

When something breaks, repairs are handled by local repair companies the administrator works with. Claims are filed through the company, and its phone line handles both claims and general questions on weekdays from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time. The office is closed on weekends.
