Heart & Soul Family Chiropractic is a chiropractic clinic led by Dr. Patrice Lavoie. Appointments are scheduled by phone or through the website, and the clinic is located on North Via Paseo Del Sur in Scottsdale, Arizona. Dr. Lavoie moved to Scottsdale in 1996, and the office is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings and late afternoons.
