Flare Pilates

Flare Pilates is a reformer Pilates studio offering a range of classes from gentle beginner work to high-energy cardio sessions. Its signature class, Lightwork, is a full-body flow that blends classic Pilates movements with modern sequencing. Other options include Foundations for newcomers, Bounce & Burn, which uses a jump board, and targeted upper-body and lower-body classes, plus restorative stretch sessions for recovery days.

The studio was founded by twin sisters Bailey and Kate Jordan, both former competitive gymnasts, and aims for a lighter, less clinical feel than traditional studios. Classes are taught at the studio on Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale, and private sessions are offered alongside the group schedule.
