FitLab Gym

FitLab is a gym in North Scottsdale built around equipment and focused training, with a large selection of premium machines, cable attachments, dumbbells up to 160 lbs, and cardio pieces including Matrix treadmills, Concept 2 rowers and Rogue Echo Bikes. The club is set up for members who want a distraction-free workout without waiting for equipment.

Members can use the gym around the clock, and the site also offers infrared saunas, cold plunges and Normatec compression therapy in a recovery room, plus one-on-one or small group personal training with in-house coaches. Staff hours are Monday through Friday 6 AM to 7 PM and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM, and Sunday is members only. Day passes are available during staff hours, and the club is near the 101 and Pima.
