First Class Coatings

First Class Coatings installs epoxy and polyaspartic floor coatings, most often on garage floors, with decorative chip and metallic finishes also offered. The company also handles commercial, industrial and restaurant floors, and the site lists work done in the Phoenix and Scottsdale area since 1990.

Owner Eric is the person customers usually deal with from the estimate onward, and reviewers say he lays out finish options without pushing the most expensive one. Installs are typically completed within one to two days, and the crew often cleans up after the job. The company is licensed, bonded and insured under the ROC, and the Scottsdale address is on Greenway Parkway. Reviewers mention a warranty, though one customer reported a coating bubbling after a year in direct sun and said the warranty excludes that case.
