East Valley Maids

East Valley Maids is a residential house cleaning company serving homes across the East Valley. Its core services are recurring cleaning on a weekly, every other week or monthly schedule, plus deep cleaning, move in and move out cleaning, Airbnb turnovers for short-term rentals, post-construction cleaning and one-time visits. Flat pricing is quoted before the work starts, and the team brings its own products and vacuums unless customers prefer their own.

Booking is done online through a quote form that gives a price without a phone call, and the company says there are no contracts. Cleaners are employees who are background checked, bonded and insured, and a 24-hour re-clean guarantee covers any area a customer is unhappy with. Customers do not need to be home, since a key or lockbox code can be left in the booking notes. The company is based in Scottsdale.
