Body Politik

Body Politik teaches Lagree, a low-impact, high-intensity full-body class done on the Megaformer, a spring-loaded machine with front and back platforms and a sliding carriage. Its Scottsdale studio also offers Climb, a 30-minute rhythm-based cardio class on the VersaClimber held in a dark room with an LED light show, and Combo classes that blend both formats. The studio is also where its Lagree instructor certification trainings are held.

Classes cater to all levels unless marked Advanced, and instructors explain the equipment and adjust moves as needed. New clients must arrive at least 15 minutes early for a first class, and late arrivals may be turned away. Private and semi-private sessions are available for people with severe injuries or chronic back pain. The Scottsdale studio is at 8870 N 90th Street in Scottsdale, and the business also has a location in Paradise Valley with a Gilbert studio planned.
