Begin Within Family Wellness

Begin Within Family Wellness is an upper cervical chiropractic clinic that focuses on the top two vertebrae of the neck, where the head, brainstem and balance system meet. Much of its work involves vertigo, Ménière's disease, tinnitus, migraines and concussions, conditions the clinic says often trace back to that junction. Services also include neurofeedback, SoftWave Therapy and care for pregnancy and children.

New patients receive a complimentary consultation with a full history, and the clinic will say if upper cervical care is not a fit. A full evaluation includes X-rays, an EMG scan, a neurological exam and thermographic scans taken before and after each adjustment. Corrections are low-force, with no twisting or cracking. The office is in Scottsdale and coordinates with medical providers when needed.
