Armani Development

Armani Development is a family-owned custom home builder working in Northwest Indiana, with more than 30 years of experience building luxury homes. The company builds custom single-family homes, luxury townhomes and upscale villas, with communities in Schererville, St. John, Dyer and Cedar Lake. Standard features across its homes include Pella windows, LP SmartSide siding, quartz countertops, tankless water heaters and fully insulated basements.

Buyers work directly with the company and the architect to shape a floor plan around their lifestyle and budget, and the team meets with each customer individually. Some communities are sold out and others are still coming soon, so it is worth calling to ask what is available. The office is in Schererville.
