Access Wood Flooring

Access Wood Flooring is a family-owned hardwood flooring company that installs new wood floors, sands and refinishes existing hardwood, recoats worn finishes, and works on stair treads, handrails and spindles. Its work includes engineered wood, floor repairs, and herringbone and chevron floors, for homeowners, builders and investors. Founder Peter Dudzik led the business, which was started in 1996 after he gained experience as an installer and sander.

The company offers free, no-obligation in-home estimates, measuring floors with a laser and providing a written estimate. Its main service area is Chicago's North Shore, including Winnetka, Highland Park, Lake Forest and Wilmette, along with the northwest suburbs. The office is in Hoffman Estates, and customers can call to confirm availability in their town.
