Abby Automotive

Abby Automotive is a family-owned auto repair shop that handles diagnostics, oil service, brakes, electrical problems, scheduled maintenance, shocks and struts, emissions repairs, suspension, exhaust, tune-ups, motor repairs and custom modifications. The shop offers an out-the-door estimate rather than a base price, and diagnostic fees are credited toward repairs done at the shop.

Cars can be dropped off after hours at the shop's secure, brightly lit lot with the keys left in the mailbox and a note describing the problem, or by leaving a message on the main line for a call when the shop opens. No work starts without the owner's approval. The shop is at 1300 W Higgins Road in Hoffman Estates.
