Alpha Management

Alpha Management is a locally owned property management company that has been running apartment communities in Southern and Coastal Maine for over 40 years. It owns and manages a range of residential communities across the state, including affordable housing, and provides commercial management and leasing for Oak Hill Plaza in Scarborough.

Because the company is both owner and manager of its properties, residents deal directly with the people responsible for the buildings. Renters can search available units, pay rent and check their account through an online tenant portal, and submit maintenance requests. The office is at Oak Hill Terrace in Scarborough.
