Vino Vino Restaurant serves Italian food built on the traditions of Apulia, the region in southern Italy known for its handmade pasta. The menu centers on orecchiette and cavatelli made in-house, with dishes such as orecchiette with broccoli rabe and anchovies, mussels and calamari in fresh tomato sauce, and a slow-cooked Sunday beef, pork and pancetta ragu. The restaurant was named in two categories in SRQ Magazine's 2025 Best of SRQ, for Best Italian Food and Best Local Handmade Pasta.

Dinner is served Tuesday through Saturday, with later hours on Friday and Saturday. Guests can reserve a table through the website or order pasta and other dishes for pickup. Vino Vino also offers catering for business and personal events. The restaurant is on Siesta Drive in Sarasota.
