Sarasota Residential Painting

Sarasota Residential Painting handles interior and exterior house painting, cabinet painting, pressure washing, staining, drywall repair and garage floor coating for homes. Its exterior work is built around the Gulf coast climate, with surface prep, caulking and priming before painting and coatings rated for coastal Florida conditions. The company also takes on commercial painting and wallpaper installation.

The owner, Julio Madrid, handles estimates and the final walkthrough, and lead painter Miguel runs the crew on site. Estimates are written and given after an in-person look at the space, not over the phone, and the company says it responds to estimate requests within 24 hours. Work is backed by a 3-year workmanship warranty and general liability insurance. The business serves Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Bird Key, Bradenton, Venice and Lakewood Ranch.
