Life Planning Law Firm is an elder law practice led by Kevin Pillion, a nationally certified elder law attorney. The firm helps seniors and their families plan for long-term care, protect assets from nursing home costs, handle Florida Medicaid and VA benefits, and prepare estate plans, wills, trusts and powers of attorney. Probate and estate administration are also part of the work.

Free consultations are offered to talk through a family's situation before any decisions are made. The firm works with clients across Sarasota, Manatee and Charlotte counties, with offices in Sarasota at 1671 Mound Street and in North Port. Appointments are generally required, and the office is open weekdays during business hours.
