Legendary Cooling Solutions

Legendary Cooling Solutions is an HVAC contracting business led by licensed contractor Steven Young, who has more than 25 years of experience with residential and light commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems. The work covers repairs, servicing, and installation of new complete systems, including ductwork in previously unconditioned spaces. Steve is also a registered Mitsubishi contractor and specializes in mini splits of all brands.

The company serves Sarasota, Manatee and surrounding counties for both residential and commercial jobs, and it is a family business that Steve runs with his wife Erin, with their sons involved as well. Steve states that the company only recommends repairs and upgrades that are needed, and that work is completed to code. Calls are answered by the family directly at the office line listed on the page.
